To further identify those involved in the printed magazine and investigate isses prior ro production.
Equipment needed and the possible issues that may appear
- Camera (it might run out of batteries and the weather may terrible as it may rain. Make sure the Camera fits the Tripod)
- Charger: make sure there is enough chargers for everything that I may use such as a laptop and !pad or a digital camera.
- Lighting
- Clothes & Costumes ( Make sure you have the right costumes, size, colours and have a back up plan for the costumes, as they may run out or may disappear.)
- Tripod ( physical damage such as it might fall and then break, make sure you have a person who knows how to sort the tripod out.)
- Location. ( make sure you have a different place ready in case you are not able to be where you wanted to be at and that is the back up plan.)
- Laptop: make sure you have enough memory, the charger is there too in case it may not be fully charged.
- Umbrella- make sure you have a strong umbrella as it might rain, if not use it for the sunlight in case its too sunny. if you doing the photo-shoot outdoor.
Location:
- The Dome- The amount of people around there will affect the pictures you will trying to take. So I would need to be there earlier in the morning where there is less people and less thing happening. If the photo-shoot is outside the dome.
- School Studio: Might have to use the school studio because of the type of magazine you are using is Hip Pop and that is slightly difficult.
- Home: might even have to take picture at home were it may be easier depending on the type of photos being taken and make sure the wall has not got anything that will show where was the photos taken.
