Music I have read/about:

  • Names

Textual Analysis

  • Magazine title: The magazine I am using is The XXL

  • Publisher: The publisher is Harris

  • Target Audience (Age, Gender, Lifestyle): I am not sure but I think it is targeted at mostly males readers and it can be females to depending on their interests. I also think this is for people from the ages around 16 to the late 20s or up to 50s because of the inappropriate/ sexual images & models that are on there and the kind of style they have attracts males. Lifestyles: I think it mostly appeals for those who have a lot of this type of music back ground, as it also have and as it also have Games and fashion for only males.
  • Genre: I think Rap, Hip-pop and RnB

  • Main Acts features: It features to Single acts such as SNOOP LION, A$AP FERG, BIG SEAN, DRAKE JAY-Z etc.

  • A selection of article subjects: They have articles showing Cars, Bear, Female models with their sexuality, a lot of Rappers and only one image I found of a Female shoe.
